I was feeling a little sluggish after the long winter and was introduced to a new 10 Day Challenge. It was perfect for keeping me accountable and getting me back on track. I lost 3 lbs in the 10 days but also felt like I lost the bloated feelings that I was having.
Here’s how it works:
- Everything is done via a Telegram chat.
- We take pictures of everything we eat and drink!
- You must commit to doing 2 shakes a day for the 10 days, along with two healthy protein snacks and one healthy meal. Each day might not be perfect, but we’re working towards better health.
- We will weigh in each day for accountability. We don’t expect your weight to change every day, but we found that when people know they are weighing each morning that they make better choices.
- There is no cost to join the challenge, just the cost of your products.
- Each day we will be covering different healthy topics.
- The groups are small. We will have 8 people in the marathon and we have had a lot of clients who have brought their own 8 people and created their own group. These groups tend to hold each other more accountable since they know each other.
- We can start a new marathon as soon as the 8 spots are full!
